Shipping policy

Please allow 48-72 hours for your item(s) to be shipped.

All packages are sent via UPS.

Each order is issued tracking information which is provided via email once the package is processed and prepared for shipping.  

Flower Jam Vintage is not responsible for damage, lost, custom delay or custom charges, taxes and extra fees.

Flower Jam Vintage disclaims any liability for non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect name/address.

In the case that something is lost, stolen or damaged while being shipped to you, We will do our best to help you locate the missing item(s). In the case the item(s) can not be located We can not refund your money.

International Customs & Duties

Flower Jam Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders. Orders shipped outside E.U. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all import duties and taxes. 

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
